Ford Motor Company in Mexico seeks a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing team. You will design, run off, install and launch high-volume battery packs and provide manufacturing input to product design.
The role requires extensive travel to the USA (~70%) and collaboration across teams. You will develop PFMEA, support equipment validation and lead builds through ROC during program timelines.

Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineering is a cross‑functional team having the primary responsibility to procure equipment and launch assembly processes for battery packs used in the electric vehicles at plants across North America and Mexico.
