Ford Motor Company is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing team. The role supports high‑volume battery pack design, launch, and process development across North America and Mexico.

This position requires traveling to the USA approximately 70% of the time and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver PFMEA, SCCAF, and SCC work instructions while ensuring alignment with MPS and PD processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding/experience of overall manufacturing processes and business acumen.
• Minimum 2+ years on major projects.
• Experience implementing large scale projects as a Manufacturing Engineer or Project Manager.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and simulation tools (Siemens PLM, etc.).
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with team to design, run off, install, and launch high volume battery packs.
• Provide manufacturing input to product design.
• Support assembly station, transport, and test equipment design & procurement.
• Lead and support builds through ROC and resolve issues via PDCA.
• Develop PFMEA and collaborate on SCCAFs.
• Document standardized workinstructions and collaborate across levels.
