Ford Motor Company in Mexico is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to help design, install and launch high-volume battery pack lines. You will work cross-functionally across design, manufacturing, and equipment teams, travel to the USA about 70% of the time, and lead process development from concept through ROC.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years on major projects, and strong skills in AutoCAD/Siemens PLM, PFMEA,

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• 2+ years on major projects.
• Experience implementing large-scale manufacturing lines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Siemens PLM for layout design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; relocation/travel readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Design, run off, install, and launch high-volume battery pack lines.
• Provide manufacturing input to product design.
• Support assembly station equipment design & procurement.
• Lead ROC/PDCA driven improvements and issue resolution.
• Develop PFMEA and related risk assessments.
• Collaborate with all levels of personnel throughout the program.
