• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of client and bank assets.
• Ensure client needs are met and manage client issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products/services; provide exceptional client experience.
• Assess risk with business decisions, upholding regulatory and ethical standards.
