GEA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and manage the Bakery line, promoting spare parts, services, upgrades, and optimization solutions for industrial bakery equipment. You will strengthen relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and drive growth across Mexico.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, international factories, and cross-functional teams to define solutions and ensure commercial success. Travel within Mexico is expected.

Qualifications

• B2B technical sales experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• English communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Bakery line customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities within installed equipment base.
• Conduct technical-commercial visits for maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades.
• Build long-term commercial relationships and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, and factories to define solutions.
