Job summary

GEA is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand the Bakery line, promote spare parts, services, and upgrades, and strengthen commercial relationships with customers.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with engineering and international factories, and managing the sales pipeline to meet targets in Mexico. Travel within Mexico is required, with a focus on profitability and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
• Commercial experience in industrial machinery/equipment.
• Experience in bakery/food/industrial processing is desirable.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, spare parts and technical services.
• Experience in negotiation and development of industrial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Bakery line customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities within installed equipment base and follow up to close.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical specialists and international factories to define solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Manage CRM opportunities, forecast, pipeline and profitability.
• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, technical service and operations to meet commitments.
