Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a proactive Technical Sales professional to manage the Bakery line in Mexico. You will develop customer portfolios, identify opportunities, and promote spare parts, maintenance services, and equipment upgrades across industrial bakery systems.

You will coordinate with engineering and international factories to tailor technical-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and drive orders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in B2B technical sales for industrial machinery/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Bakery line customer portfolio and identify commercial opportunities.
• Promote spare parts, maintenance services, and upgrades; coordinate with engineering for solutions.
• Manage CRM pipeline, quotations, orders, and commercial projects with cross-functional teams.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring profitability and growth.
