Job summary

Gea is seeking a results-driven Professional for B2B technical sales in the bakery equipment sector in Veracruz, Mexico. You will develop the customer portfolio, identify opportunities, and coordinate technical-commercial solutions with international teams.

You will manage CRM/ERP processes, negotiate terms, and drive service and spare parts sales while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Travel within Mexico is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Food or Electromechanical Engineering (or related).
• 3–5 years B2B technical sales experience in industrial machinery/equipment.
• Experience in bakery/food/industrial processing desirable.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, spare parts, and technical services.
• Experience negotiating and developing industrial accounts.
• English at least intermediate for communication with factories and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Bakery line customer portfolio and identify opportunities up to close.
• Promote spare parts, maintenance services, and equipment upgrades; propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical specialists, and international factories to define solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals; negotiate terms and pricing.
• Keep CRM/ERP data up to date; track pipeline, forecast, and profitability.
• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and operations to meet commitments and mitigate risks.
