Formación

• 1.5+ years in sales, B2B experience desirable.
• Strong cold-calling and lead-prospecting in B2B environments.
• Technical aptitude to understand products quickly.
• Experience handling high‑volume outbound calling.
• Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop product knowledge and understand client needs.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain and acquire customers.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound communications via phone and email.
