Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries and issues for business clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at client organizations.
• Provide in-depth information about products and services addressing business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related problems for B2B clients.
• Escalate complex issues to account managers or relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and feedback.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
• Contribute to team goals and objectives in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.
