Job summary

Klar is seeking a Business Analyst (B2B Collections) to monitor and improve collections performance for our SME portfolio in Mexico City. You will transform data into actionable insights, automate processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive recovery and efficiency.

The role emphasizes analytics, portfolio segmentation, and data-driven strategies, with a hybrid office model 2–3 days per week. Advanced SQL, Excel, and dashboards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and strong analytical mindset.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision making.
• Background in financial services, credit risk, or collections is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze collections metrics and portfolio performance.
• Analyze recovery by delinquency bucket and customer segment.
• Maintain and automate collections databases and reports.
• Collaborate with external agencies to optimize allocation and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for daily operations.
• Forecast recovery trends and identify risks.
