Job summary

Element Fleet Management seeks a Collections Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable team in a hybrid Mexico City setting. You will drive KPIs, reduce past-due balances, and ensure cash collection targets are met.

You will lead, mentor, and coach collectors, coordinate with Billing, Finance, and Customer Care, and ensure effective issue resolution. Proficiency in English is essential for regional/global stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or collections.
• Experience managing complex B2B portfolios and aging analysis.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and invoicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Collections team to meet KPIs and reduce past-due balances.
• Analyze portfolios, manage dispute resolution, and coordinate across functions.
• Negotiate with customers and ensure compliance with SOFOM/CFDI regulations.
• Drive process improvements and oversee high-risk accounts.
