Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Platform Specialist to manage Azure infrastructure and Windows/Linux servers in production. You will own reliability, incident response, patching, and automation using IaC tools within a global Cloud Operations team.

The role emphasizes hands‑on systems administration, collaboration with security, network, and application teams, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five+ years in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Three+ years managing Azure infrastructure in production environments.
• Strong Windows Server or Linux expertise with cross‑platform troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Own day‑to‑day health, availability, performance of Azure infrastructure and Windows/Linux servers.
• Monitor platforms with Azure Monitor / Log Analytics; respond to alerts and capacity trends.
• Lead or co‑own production incidents, root‑cause analysis, and remediation actions.
• Execute patching, vulnerability remediation, and change management processes.
• Develop and maintain IaC and automation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
