Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Associate Engineer I, Systems Reliability Engineering in Mexico City.

You will support reliability and operational excellence across Digital Planning & Foundations platforms, working with senior engineers on planning, allocation, forecasting, inventory, and SAP integrations. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of SRE/DevOps experience, familiarity with Azure, and hands-on SQL, scripting, Python, or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Operations, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Enterprise Platform Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, monitoring tools, enterprise application support, and IT service management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, troubleshooting, data analysis, or supporting enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Python, PowerShell, automation tools, API integrations, or enterprise planning, retail, supply chain, SAP, SAS Planning, or cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Inventory, and related Digital Planning & Foundations platforms.
• Support production operations through incident triage, issue investigation, service restoration, and execution of runbooks and operational procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting application, integration, batch job, and data flow issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to observability and operational excellence through monitoring, alert management, dashboard maintenance, deployment validation, and release readiness.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives using scripting, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise support tools.
