Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Platform Specialist to own the day-to-day health of Azure infrastructure and Windows/Linux servers. You will operate in enterprise production environments, driving automation, patching, and incident response within a global Cloud Operations context.

The role emphasizes collaboration across platform engineering, cybersecurity, network, and service-management teams, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead workstreams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in systems administration, infra ops, or platform operations.
• Three+ years operating Azure infrastructure in production.
• Experience managing Windows Server and/or Linux in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational health of Azure infrastructure and Windows/Linux servers.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems in Azure/hybrid environments.
• Lead incident response, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Automate with IaC and scripts; maintain runbooks and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with global Cloud Operations team and other IT functions.
