EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Data DevOps to implement and support key aspects of our data platform, including infrastructure changes, monitoring, automation, and self-healing. You will work with multi-national teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires 5+ years with Terraform and Azure DevOps, experience with Data Lake Storage, Databricks, ADF, and Synapse Analytics, plus strong stakeholder communication and architectural collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Terraform and Azure DevOps in multi-subscription environments.
• Experience with Azure data services (Data Lake Storage, Databricks, ADF).
• Familiarity with Synapse Analytics for workloads performance and monitoring.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to partner with Architecture teams on platform design standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support infrastructure changes across the data platform.
• Establish monitoring and end-to-end tracking mechanisms.
• Develop automation and self-healing solutions to streamline operations.
• Perform anomaly detection, event correlation, and analysis.
• Conduct performance analysis on data workloads.
• Manage access permissions across environments.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure design standards.
• Work with the SRE team to support the platform.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on platform requirements.
• Troubleshoot and prevent data workload performance issues.
