EPAM Mexico is seeking a Python Development Leader to drive innovation and business transformation. You will guide a team of engineers, set up strong development processes, and align architectural decisions with business goals.

Lead distributed teams, advance Python capabilities, and champion scalable AWS-backed solutions while fostering continuous learning and collaboration with multinational teams.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect.
• Hands-on Python development experience (expert/advanced).
• Experience building Cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Ability to align architecture with business goals and engage stakeholders.
• Experience leading distributed teams across regions.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the team, hiring and fostering growth.
• Drive AI adoption and scalable infrastructure with ethical practices.
• Set up the software development process from scratch.
• Stay updated on Python trends and introduce innovations.
• Participate in SWAT activities to resolve critical challenges.
• Present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
