EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer (Java+AWS) to drive design and delivery of robust data solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure scalable data platforms are implemented effectively.

The role requires 5+ years in data software engineering with strong Java/SQL, AWS and Databricks expertise, plus English at B2 level or higher. You will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
