Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong AWS capabilities to join our growing organization. You will work with experienced engineers and architects to build secure, scalable cloud offerings and improve a stable cloud foundation that drives key business activities.

You will design Terraform-based IaC modules, automate account provisioning, and implement recovery workflows using AWS Step Functions, while applying best practices in CI/CD, Python scripting, and cloud

Qualifications

3+ years of AWS experience.
Familiar with AWS Backup for data preservation.
Experience with AWS Step Functions to orchestrate serverless workflows.
Hands-on with Amazon Connect for cloud contact centers.
Python scripting and automation skills.
Experience with AWS Systems Manager for monitoring and patching.
Terraform IaC for AWS deployments.
Understanding of CI/CD for code delivery.
Fluent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

Engineer Terraform-based IaC modules to deploy environments and IAM models.
Establish automated account vending with pre-loaded security safeguards.
Design automated recovery routines using AWS Step Functions and validation scripts.
