• 7+ years of experience in Invoice to Cash operations (Shared Services/BPO preferred).
• Strong expertise in Credit & Collections, Cash Application, Reconciliations, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues.
• Advanced English proficiency in a global business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Invoice to Cash SME, guiding teams and promoting best practices across operations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Lead training and communication initiatives related to process enhancements and system changes.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and BPO providers to drive collaboration and seamless execution.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience, process efficiency, and financial performance.
