Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the CDMX ATS team: coverage, workload, priorities.
• Coach and develop ATS Specialists through feedback and hands-on support.
• Maintain high standards for troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation.
• Serve as the first leadership escalation point for complex issues in CDMX.
• Lead AI adoption and integration across the CDMX ATS team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Robot Operations, Remote Assistance, and Labs teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development as the team grows.
• Identify and translate gaps into improvements for the ATS organization.
