DoorDash Labs in Mexico City is seeking a Team Lead for Autonomy Tech Support to lead day-to-day operations, scale the autonomous fleet, and drive troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

You will mentor ATS Specialists, own escalation processes, and partner with Engineering, Operational Intelligence, and Robot Operations to improve tooling and workflows. bilingual English/Spanish required with flexible hours as needed.

Formación

• Experience leading technical teams in robotics/IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across software and hardware.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution of the CDMX ATS team and manage workload, priorities, and fleet issues.
• Coach and develop ATS Specialists through feedback and hands-on support.
• Maintain high standards for troubleshooting, escalation, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
• Serve as the first leadership escalation point for complex/high-urgency issues in CDMX.
• Lead AI adoption and integration across the CDMX ATS team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Robot Operations, Remote Assistance, and other Labs teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development.
