About the Role

BYD Mexico is looking for an Automotive Product Training Trainee to join our Training team and support the coordination and execution of product training initiatives across our dealer network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to develop a career in the automotive industry, particularly in Product Training, Learning & Development, and IMPORTANT: IT´s a trainee position, aimed for fresh graduates or students of the last year of his career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and scheduling of automotive product training sessions.


• Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintaining accurate training records.


• Prepare training reports and support KPI tracking and analysis.


• Provide logistical and administrative support for training events and activities.


• Support the Training team with administrative and operational tasks.


• Organize, update, and maintain learning materials and training content.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training process.

Requirements

Education

Recent graduate or final-year student of the Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• 0–1 year of professional experience. Internships, trainee programs, or academic projects are welcome.


• Previous exposure to the automotive industry, training, learning & development, or dealer operations is a plus.


• Able to work 6 hour per day, morning - afternoon.

Language

• English: Professional working proficiency

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office 365, Canva, basic data analysis and reporting skills.
