Tenneco in Puebla, Mexico, seeks a Program Engineer to join a new PMO, supporting planning, coordination and execution of automotive programs by tracking milestones, deliverables, risks and open actions. The role collaborates with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure on‑time launches and effective use of APQP/PPAP processes.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years supporting automotive programs and launches.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and automotive launch processes.
- Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Support planning and execution of automotive programs and product launches.
- Maintain program schedules, milestones and action trackers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
- Track risks, changes and potential delays; escalate when needed.
- Prepare program status reports and dashboards.
- Maintain documentation in project systems.
