Antolin Puebla is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER to lead automotive programs in Mexico, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, timing, profitability and regulatory requirements. You will interact with customers, coordinate with the Customer Account Manager, and manage the program from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive automotive PM experience, a technical engineering degree, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience; 7+ years in program management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering with project team leadership.
• Conversational English user capability.
• Location: Antolin Puebla; travel availability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain program engineering direction and lead planning.
• Plan and monitor all program activities to hit targets.
• Create and manage the program budget and resource use.
• Coordinate with Customer Account Manager and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional program team and ensure quality and timing.
