Capgemini Engineering in Toluca is seeking a Jr PMO Planning professional to support project timing, labor and investment objectives for automotive programs. You will coordinate schedules, manage bulletins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks and ensure targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business, plus 1 year of automotive industry experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to interface

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business from an ABET-accredited university.
• 1 year automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate general and detailed scheduling (by phase) of the project to ensure timing consistency.
• Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks of product action requests.
• Ensure labor, validation and prototype targets are achieved.
• Facilitate PMT and Program Review.
• Manage vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements.
• Oversee the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with Brand, Plant and Purchasing departments.
