Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico is seeking a Junior Program/Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of automotive engineering programs. You will help ensure milestones are tracked and deliverables are completed on time.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support program execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities, building dashboards and maintaining project data.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, tracking, and execution of engineering activities.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain project data to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor program performance.
• Create and maintain Excel macros and automation tools to optimize data management.
• Manage project documentation, engineering records, and technical documentation.
• Support Purchase Order (PO) tracking and related administrative activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
• Prepare monthly program status reports and management presentations.
• Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality, timing, and program objectives are achieved.
