Capgemini Engineering in Toluca is seeking a Jr. PMO Planning specialist to support timing, labor and investment objectives of vehicle projects.

You will coordinate schedules, manage bulletins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance materials for product actions. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Finance/Business, 1 year automotive experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills, with opportunities for growth within a global engineering

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business from an ABET-accredited university.
Minimum 1 year automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to interface with all levels of management and manage the full program lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate general and detailed project scheduling by phase to ensure timing consistency.
Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks for product actions.
Ensure labor, validation and prototype financial targets are met.
Facilitate PMT and Program Reviews.
Manage vehicle build plan and delivery to support validation requirements.
Oversee the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with Brand, Plant and Purchasing teams.
