ALTEN Mexico is seeking a PMO Planning Specialist to support the Platform and Project Planning Manager in achieving project timing, labor, and investment objectives for the vehicle program.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage bulletins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks for product action requests. A degree in Engineering/Finance/Business and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required. This on-site role is based in Toluca, Mexico.

Formación

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• Automotive industry experience at OEM or large Tier 1.
• Advanced to expert Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• End-to-end program life-cycle experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing process fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate general and detailed scheduling of the project/program to ensure timing consistency in execution.
• Create / Manage Bulletins and Bulletin responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create governance decks of product action requests.
• Ensure that labor, validation and prototype financial targets are achieved.
• Facilitate PMT and Program Review.
• Manage vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements.
• Manage the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with Brand(s), Plant(s) and Purchasing Department.
