Job summary

HARMAN International is seeking a Test Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering in Querétaro, Mexico, to lead the test development efforts for global product launches. The role focuses on designing and deploying advanced test technologies for board and system assemblies, while mentoring a team of 3–8 engineers and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or automated test systems development, preferably in automotive electronics.
• Proven expertise in software/hardware test system design and automated test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Manufacturing Test Engineering organization including recruiting, development, and budget management.
• Drive project management and resource allocation across multiple programs.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing test systems (software/hardware) for board and system assembly.
