Job summary

HARMAN Automotive in Mexico's Nuevo León is seeking a Technician, Manufacturing Test Engineering to ensure test equipment operates at peak performance and to verify that customer/test requirements are met on the production line.

You will generate test sequences, review software progress, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in test efficiency and product quality. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Availability for all shifts; third shift preferred initially.
• Willingness to overtime as required.
• Initiative and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Generate procedures for testing activities.
• Review test software progress for all devices on a production line.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Propose improvements to production test equipment.
• Coordinate tests for new models and update sequences.
