• 5+ years of manufacturing test development or related automotive roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience with automotive test systems and production readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain manufacturing test software using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C++, and C.
• Design and implement application-specific test solutions for automotive electronic products.
• Define and analyze test coverage requirements based on product and customer specifications.
• Support equipment development, validation, buy-offs, and production launches.
• Perform statistical analysis, capability studies, and CPK evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain flashing solutions for memory devices and controllers.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing test issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product Manufacturing Leads, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure production readiness.
• Train manufacturing personnel and support global production sites.
• Drive improvements in test performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support post-series production activities and ongoing test optimization initiatives.
