Amazon Mexico Logistics is seeking an Automation Project Engineer to own and execute deployments of automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across the Delivery Station Network in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will lead design, installation, commissioning and ramp up, coordinating with Process Engineering, Operations, Facilities and global counterparts to ensure scalable, high‑reliability automation across the last‑mile network.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years in manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project).
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Responsabilidades
- Design and own automation deployments for MX last mile operations.
- Author business cases to introduce automation and improve performance.
- Prepare documentation such as flow diagrams, equipment layouts, installation details, schedules and budgets.
- Support lessons learned program for new automation systems.
- Detail integration plans for MHE automation with design and controls teams.
- Assist field teams in executing new MHE installations and scalable deployment approaches.
- Develop and implement service and maintenance concepts for AMZL field teams.
