Job summary

Coderio is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational agents at scale. This role bridges advanced AI development (Python, LLMs) with enterprise operations (Microsoft stack, Azure).

You will own end-to-end AI solutions, integrating with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake) and ensuring robust observability (Splunk) in cloud environments. Collaboration with Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot accelerates delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/cloud/automation experience at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on Python development of backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
• Proven background in building AI pipelines and integrating LLMs into business processes.

Responsibilities

• AI & agentic development: design and build conversational solutions and agents.
• Enterprise integration: connect AI workflows with Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Cloud & infrastructure: architect and operate large-scale Azure deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability & governance: implement monitoring/logging using Splunk for performance and reliability.
• Engineering excellence: use AI-assisted tools to speed delivery and set best practices.
• Technical leadership: collaborate with global teams and guide adoption of new AI tech.
