Pearl Talent is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to own lead sourcing, campaign coordination, and light client support in a lean, founder-led startup. The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted outreach, and continuous process improvement.

You will source 1,000+ leads weekly using AI enrichment, manage AI bot responses, and build lightweight automations with N8N, Zapier, Make, or Lindy. Expect evolving responsibilities as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building automations or workflows with N8N, Zapier, Make, or Lindy.
• Proven experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and building lightweight scripts/workflows.
• Demonstrated engagement with emerging AI tools and recent learning.
• 1–3 years in outbound sales operations, lead generation, or cold email coordination.
• Professional written English at B2+ level; communication via email only.
• Proven ability to identify operational problems and implement solutions independently.
• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growth environments (5–100 employees).

Responsibilities

• Source approximately 1,000+ leads per week using AI-powered enrichment and connect to cold email platforms.
• Build and maintain lead lists for ongoing outbound campaigns across multiple clients.
• Add sourced leads into campaigns to keep pipelines populated and proactive.
• Set up email infrastructure for new client onboarding (domains, inbox provisioning, aliases).
• Monitor deliverability metrics and flag inboxes below 50% delivery rate.
• Manage AI bot responses to inbound replies with human-in-the-loop quality control.
• Draft professional, on-brand replies on behalf of clients and hand off warm leads via email/text.
• Coordinate with founders on messaging, audiences, and campaign parameters.
• Own onboarding workflows for new clients on a bi-weekly cadence, including infrastructure setup.
• Identify inefficiencies, experiment with new lead sources, and implement lightweight automations.
• Stay current on AI tools and assess fit for operations; build automations with N8N, Zapier, Make, Claude Code.
• Flag problems early and propose solutions to leadership before escalation.
