Uber Freight in Monterrey is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the OS&D team, guiding daily performance and professional growth. You will coordinate with Mexico and the US to minimize exceptions and maximize efficiency, while building strong cross-functional partnerships and delivering actionable performance insights.

The role demands a detail-oriented, process-driven approach and excellent communication. On-site schedule is Mon–Fri, with potential extra hours as needed.

Formación

• Advanced English required (verbal and written).
• 1+ years in a management or supervisory role within logistics.
• Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day team operations with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members.
• Schedule staff and workload with Mexico/US stakeholders.
• Combine leadership with active production coverage when needed.
• Ensure daily goals and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain effective processes.
• Proactively propose improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Produce and distribute performance reports.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Cultivate a positive team culture aligned with Uber Freight values.
