Align Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate Global Process Owner to support order management and production processes globally. You will leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to improve visibility, reliability, and efficiency in global operations.

The role focuses on automating workflows, delivering KPI dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain process quality across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
• Exposure to automation tools and digital workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI, data analytics and process automation.
• Foundation in data standards, governance and quality concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Use data analytics and AI tools to detect anomalies, trends, and risks in order processing.
• Lead automation and AI-driven process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver process metrics reports and dashboards with KPIs.
• Support digitization, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status data.
• Monitor sales orders and delivery processes with dashboards and reports (Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues from monitoring.
• Follow up with owners to ensure timely closure of actions.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify process improvements.
• Support global order and delivery processes across products and regions.

Description

As the Global Process Management Specialist, you will support order management process integrity and production support while leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance process visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across global operations

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled monitoring tools to detect anomalies, trends, and risks in order processing workflows.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through automation and AI-supported process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver process metrics reports and dashboards, highlighting KPIs and actionable insights derived from data analysis.
• Support the evolution of processes by contributing to digitization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status information, leveraging data validation techniques and automated checks.
• Proactively identify and avert customer-facing issues related to order reliability.
• Regularly monitor sales orders and delivery processes using reports, using reports, dashboards, and system interfaces, enhancing visibility through Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Understand and adhere to global process service levels to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any relevant issues discovered during monitoring.
• Follow up with global issue owners to ensure timely closure of action items within prescribed service levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in our processing.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced analytics)
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and digital workflow optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Interest in continuous learning, particularly in AI, data analytics, and process automation
• Completion of AI or Data Analytics courses/certifications (e.g., Power BI, Azure AI Fundamentals AI-900, Data Analytics courses, Prompt Engineering), preferably.
• Understanding of master data processes, including familiarity with data standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Basic knowledge in SAP / ERP systems, preferably.
• Applies basic knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Comfortably handles problems of limited scope and seeks solutions.
• Builds stable working relationships within the organization, fostering teamwork and effective collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
