Align Technology is seeking a Global Process Management Specialist to support order management and production processes across global operations. You will leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance visibility, reliability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include monitoring order workflows with AI tools, driving automation initiatives, and delivering KPI dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to SLAs are essential aspects of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate) and digital workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Interest in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
• Completion of AI or Data Analytics courses/certifications (Power BI, Azure AI Fundamentals AI-900, Data Analytics courses, Prompt Engineering).
• Understanding of master data processes, data standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Basic knowledge in SAP/ERP systems, preferably.

Responsabilidades

• Use data analytics and AI-enabled monitoring to detect anomalies, trends, and risks in order processing workflows.
• Drive automation and AI-supported process improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver process metrics reports and dashboards (KPIs).
• Support digitization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain accuracy of order and delivery status information using automated checks.
• Monitor sales orders and delivery processes via Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues discovered during monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in processing.
• Follow global process SLAs and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.

Description

As the Global Process Management Specialist, you will support order management process integrity and production support while leveraging data analytics and AI‑driven insights to enhance process visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics and AI‑enabled monitoring tools to detect anomalies, trends, and risks in order processing workflows.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through automation and AI‑supported process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver process metrics reports and dashboards, highlighting KPIs and actionable insights derived from data analysis.
• Support the evolution of processes by contributing to digitization, automation, and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Use data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.
• Accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status information, leveraging data validation techniques and automated checks.
• Proactively identify and avert customer‑facing issues related to order reliability.
• Regularly monitor sales orders and delivery processes using reports, dashboards, and system interfaces, enhancing visibility through Power BI or similar analytic tools.
• Understand and adhere to global process service levels to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address any relevant issues discovered during monitoring.
• Follow up with global issue owners to ensure timely closure of action items within prescribed service levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in our processing.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced analytics).
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and digital workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Interest in continuous learning, particularly in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
• Completion of AI or Data Analytics courses/certifications (e.g., Power BI, Azure AI Fundamentals AI‑900, Data Analytics courses, Prompt Engineering), preferably.
• Understanding of master data processes, including familiarity with data standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Basic knowledge in SAP/ERP systems, preferably.
• Applies basic knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Comfortably handles problems of limited scope and seeks solutions.
