Job summary

McKITRICK AVIATION is seeking an Abogado Jr. to support its legal team in Mexico City, focusing on aviation law and regulatory compliance. The role involves research, drafting, and filings, as well as preparing internal memos and reports.

You will assist in negotiations with external parties alongside senior counsel and help manage documentation for regulatory filings, ensuring accurate records and adherence to policies. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law with knowledge of Aviation Law and related regulations.
• Ability to provide Legal Advice and support decision-making in collaboration with senior legal staff.
• Solid research skills for analyzing legislation, case law, and administrative criteria.
• Professional degree in Law and eligibility to practice in Mexico; recent graduates or early-career professionals welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support filings and regulatory compliance.
