Confidential is building a new regional presence in Latin America with a Senior Research Analyst role based in Mexico City. You will lead market research, manage a small team's output, conduct practitioner interviews, and contribute to rankings, editorial insight and awards decisions.

You will collaborate with senior lawyers and firms, own day-to-day workflows, and help establish the region from the ground up. This is a visible role with autonomy and growth potential.

Formación

• 4+ years in market research or related analytical role.
• Experience interviewing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical instincts and curiosity.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously with large data sets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in the Mexico City metropolitan area.
• Willingness to work core hours aligned with the Americas business day.

Responsabilidades

• Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis across jurisdictions and practice areas.
• Interview practice heads and senior practitioners, building relationships with market participants.
• Prepare evidence-based ranking proposals and awards recommendations.
• Own day-to-day quality of a small team's workflows, trackers and deadlines.
• Produce clear research summaries, briefings and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to wider strategy as coverage expands into new markets.
