Under Armour, Inc. in Puebla, Mexico, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily operations and coach teammates to deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead with passion, manage sales and inventory, and help create a high-performing team across our store.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs per shift.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager by driving sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and store presentation.
• Ensure loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations for broader exposure.
• Support omni-channel efforts through Apps, Social campaigns and athlete contests.
