Under Armour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, FT, to lead daily operations and coach a high-performing team on the sales floor in Corregidora, MX. You’ll drive the business plan, manage payroll, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and omni-channel initiatives.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll develop teammates, analyze daily sales trends, and partner with the Store Manager to reinforce policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Willing to work full-time including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, profitability and key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments.
• Oversee merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Support omni-channel efforts and campaigns.
