Under Armour, Inc. in Puebla is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations on the floor and support the Store Manager.

You will coach teammates, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service in a high-performing, customer-focused store. This role includes scheduling, merchandising, and loss-prevention duties, plus contributing to omni-channel initiatives and brand standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available for full-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales, profitability and key objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention and store audits.
