Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or referencing in branches.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model in Branch.
• Promote Citi products and services to clients and encourage use of self-service tools.
• Coordinate material resources and branch staff.
• Support control and security functions with designated personnel.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and meet defined metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate issues with transparency.
