Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model in Branch.
• Promote the products / Services of the Institution in the clients' yard and promote self-service usage.
• Coordinate adequately the material resources and the employees of the Branch.
• Contribute to control and security functions with designated personnel.
• Fulfill clients’ necessities while delivering an exceptional client experience and measure with metrics.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, uphold Citigroup's reputation and comply with laws and regulations.
