Banamex Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Service Sub-Manager to lead daily branch operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate the Attention and Operation Model, promote products, and manage branch resources and staff to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 2-4 years in customer service or sales in branches, with strong communication skills and a focus on risk-aware decision making within a Citigroup-backed environment.
