Citi in Mexico is seeking a Service Specialist to ensure excellent customer service throughout client interactions in the branch and to support the branch with resource coordination and service excellence. You will promote Citi products and help clients use self-service channels while maintaining security and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, accurate communications, and adherence to laws and Citi policies.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or referencing in branches.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model in Branch.
• Promote Citi products/services to clients and encourage self-service adoption.
• Coordinate branch material resources and staff to meet branch goals.
• Contribute to branch risk control and security functions with designated personnel.

The Service Specialist ensures an excellent level of customer service in order to achieve their full satisfaction, managing the resources of the Branch, seeking to generate from the arrival of the client to the branch "Exceptional Experiences".

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model in Branch
• Promote the products / Services of the Institution in the clients' yard and intensify with the clients the promotion to make the use of self-service means.
• Coordinate adequately the material resources and the employees of the Branch.
• Efficiently contribute with the control and security functions with the personnel designated as responsible for this function.
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or referencing in branches
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
