Soho House Los Cabos seeks a Director of Operations to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, staff retention and profitability across F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and reservations.

As a strategic leader and brand ambassador, you will drive HR, safety and training while collaborating with Head Office to elevate service, culture and profitability.

Formación

• 7-10+ years managing high-volume F&B and operations across Front Office, Rooms, Housekeeping and Reservations.
• Understand and enforce local safety, risk prevention and emergency procedures for staff and guests.
• Experience interviewing new hires and supporting team growth and development.
• Monitor service trends and guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Proven ability to lead with a guest-centric, results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic business partner and leader to drive profitable experiences for members and guests.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set operational goals from performance reviews.
• Execute action plans on time and budget to optimize profit and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and local regulations across departments.
• Partner with Head Office to implement policies and drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership to support marketing plans and cross-functional initiatives.
