Soho House & Co is seeking a Food & Beverage Director in Baja California Sur to oversee local F&B operations across the Club, Roof, and events spaces. You will maintain Soho House service standards, elevate the guest experience, and drive forecasting, budgets, and payroll/labor management.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-centric approach and a sharp business sense to deliver consistent, elevated experiences for members and staff.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading a professional, high-quality F&B operation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest, member and staff interactions.
• Supervisory, coaching and staff development experience.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• A 4-year degree in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop systems with the General Manager to elevate service standards for members, guests and staff.
• Lead staff training on Soho House F&B programs, using storytelling, demos and events.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and clear expectations.
• Involve in recruiting, work with People & Development/Recruitment to attract and interview talent.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure a polished F&B floor team.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and Soho House global standards with stakeholders.
• Develop innovative revenue channels to boost profits and meet goals.
• Engage with Membership to gather feedback and drive initiatives.
