Soho House & Co. in Mexico’s Baja California Sur is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to partner with the General Manager, elevating service standards, driving profitability, and leading daily operations across departments to create unforgettable member and guest experiences.

You will shape strategic goals, mentor leaders, ensure safety compliance, and foster a collaborative culture focused on operational excellence.

Formación

• 7-10+ years managing high-volume F&B and operations across Front Office, Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Reservations.
• Understand and enforce local government food safety, risk and emergency procedures for staff and guests.
• Assist with interviewing new hires and support growth and development of the team.
• Monitor service trends and guest/staff surveys, reporting action items.
• Innovator with experience managing F&B operations focused on service and top-quality experiences.
• Creative, analytical thinker with strong business aptitude and guest satisfaction in mind.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partner and influential leader who communicates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a profitable, high-quality experience.
• Work with General Manager to set operational goals based on weekly, daily and quarterly performance reviews.
• Execute action plans on time and budget to improve operations and profitability while delivering exceptional experiences.
• Adhere to company food safety policies and collaborate with Health & Safety leaders, complying with local regulations and legal standards.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to drive process improvements and implement opportunities across departments.
• Provide leadership to develop and implement policies and systems improving operations, service, retention and experience.
• Lead annual marketing plans and partnerships with other departments to align on strategy.
